Beach House. This beautifully secluded home is located on Sesachacha Pond in Nantucket, MA. Impeccably designed and landscaped by Andrew Kotchen and his team at Workshop APD, the original house was taken down and a new house built to meet their clients discerning taste. We collaborated closely with the designers to find the right species, grade, and finish for the floors that would highlight the wood's natural beauty while complimenting the furniture and interior palette.
